Re: Got rid of the biggest liver stone on the 13th flush
Hello bananabender,
Certainly yes, compare to last year, I am now many many many times better than the times before I started flushing. All those unexplainable health symptoms are subsiding as days go by, such as:
tightness in the right rib cage area
wake up in the morning feeling stomach full
chronic fatigue for no particular reason
wake up feeling aches/numbs in the arm, or legs, or even the head
heart palpitation in non-stressful situation
can't handle stress
uncontrollable anxiety, even though I know I am not suppose to do that
feeling depressed and worry for no reason
lactose intolerance, candida problem, unexplainable diarrhea
low fever, feels heavy and sluggish with my body
eye sight declines, blurry vision at night time
This just a quick list I come up with right now, there are more of course.
I usually felt the benefit right after a flush, especially after the first 5 flushes, but those times were short-live and I felt the symptoms coming back a few day later after each flush. I knew this was normal.
Then between 6th and 7th, I only passed a few more soy bean size stones, I thought that I released most of the stones.
I waited another month, but the symptoms remained, and I felt this was not right, so I started flushing again in August. Between flush 8 to 12, I actually felt more pain/pressure than before, but I could feel the pain lessen every time after a successful flush so I knew it was working-the major stones were moving down.
So what I am trying to say is that you don't see the health improvement in a linear fashion but more like an up-and-down process. In general, most of the time I feel good after a flush, but sometimes if a big one got traped down the line, I could end up feeling really bad. For me, when this happens, I just eat light, eat bitter foods, and exercise.
Thinking back right now, by comparing the general health feeling after each flush, I can say that my overall health was improving nevertheless.
