Rats have gotten under shower,

we live on a walnut ranch and are constantly batteling rodents, it does not help that we live in a manufactured house and so they always seem to find a way into our underbelly, (well our house was not sealed properly when built) we've finally have it under control, and had to cut into the walls to get under our showers and clean out there homes, we are having trouble though getting rid of the smell of their urine. Does anyone have any advice. We've cleaned it out well, and spray some bleach stuff, that helped for 24hours then it came back, then we poured alot of vinegar, that did nothing.
