Yes I told u I wouldn't post anymore but in this post I will not try and change ur mind about WF thing. You know what u are doing (I guess). This time I will tell u some tricks how not to overeat which helps me. First of all forget about restrictions in ur calorie intake (I mean DO NOT think about it TOO much). In your case (and in mine as well) it is all about the AMOUNT of food AT ONE GO. Try this. Take the food u are gonna eat that particular time and ask urself: does this amount hurt my stomach. If u know it usually does hen put some food back to a fridge. Then sit. turn off all destructors (TV, ur laptop) and try to CONCENTRATE ON FOOD, on the process of eating it. Chew SLOWER, 'feel' ur food (its smell, taste..). ENJOY it. When I do it, the feeling of satisfaction comes in right times when I am just OK.

I always feel that signal when I need to stop. But I also know that if I do not listen to it and just ignore then it vanishes and I CAN overeat.

Also, from my point of view, do not pay too much attention to food combining now (though it is GOOD idea). Even if u eat meat and potato at some point (NOT after ur fast is over) but u eat it in MODERATION the way I described then it is also will be ur VICTORY. And then, at some point, u could move to ur right combining of food but gradually. Try to FEEL YOUR FOOD, Lauray. ENJOY it.
