Preserving worms? lol

You know how some people freeze their stones in a bag? Has anyone ever tried to preserve a worm? It wouldn't look too good if it was frozen, the ice would start to form around it. I would think the best way would be to put them in a glass jar filled with alcohol. Does this sound good? They'd probably fall apart in water, but i hear alcohol does a good job. What do you think? lol
