All the medical interventions you are talking about could make things worse.
MMS can irritate and could also make things worse if you overdo it.
Iodorol is good against candida and it would avoid irritation if she has gastritis.
Antibiotics can cause more digestive disturbance and even bring on something worse like colitis.

You won't find any doctors on this forum and very few on curezone for a good reason
Most of them aren't interested in a drug free approach
I treated my colitis without any drugs and I wouldn't touch antibiotics unless I had a life threatening bacterial infection

I don't know what alfazema is but I wouldn't touch that either.
There are many things you could do but the best is to find out the cause, correct diet and supplement whats needed. There is plenty of advice on curezone for all that.

The body will move towards health itself if you give it what it needs and stop giving it what it doesn't need or messing it about with powerful drugs
