The diet that has had a dramatical effect on improving my health, and lowering my Cholesterol, my Triglycerides, my Blood Glucose, and my Blood Pressure down to very healthy levels, was created by Sheri Barke, MPH, RD of the UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center, in 2002. The diet targets Insulin Resistance.
I wonder if UCLA is also involved in this "so-called" world-wide plot to falsify the importance of healthy levels of Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose and Blood Pressure?
