Are you doing any more youtube videos.. I enjoyed watching them > I only watched a handful but it was very encouraging. I have had a very hard time restarting a fast. Right Now this minute I failed my attempt.. I really want to.. Anyway good luck on your endeavors... Can you send me some of your stats. Such as height and starting weight and weight after the 20+ day fast and then now and what you are shooting for. Sorry that encourages me sooo much and gets me going..

I am 5'4 185 lbs..... I have been trying fasting on and off for a couple of years and ended up packing on those 25lbs so instead of my original 30 to loose in the past I am at 55-60lbs to loose.. VERY SAD...
