When I look at pics of beauties in many magazines or even at pictures of models when they advertise this or that. I always catch myself on a thought how beautiful and perfect they are, how great their skin looks. I say WOW, I wish I had such a beautiful skin.. WOW, what a fugure (no visible cellulite and such a smooth skin).. WOW!... But look at Catherine Zeta Jones, for example? On all advert pics she looks just AMAZING: ideal skin, perfect body, at least 15 years younger than she is in real life plus special light at photo sessions. What can we expect?? ENVY... WHY.. CANNOT.. I.. LOOK..LIKE.. HER?!? And NO need to look like her and many others. She is an ordinary woman with 'a bit' more money than we have but still she has bad hair days, not that great skin.. Has someone seen her face to face in a beach to judge PROPERLY? Not many........ I always thought and THINK that REAL BEAUTY LIES WITHIN.... Who cares whether u are lean or chubby, skinny or overweight... u are the WAY U ARE... Ur INNER world is much more important, ur values, even some of ur shortcomings DOESN'T make you worse. Inner world.. it is something what someone loves u for, it is something u ACCEPT and can live with being happy.
It seems like just a few days back I did not think about this much (at least in such volume) but REALIZING it myself and going deeper in my mind to PROPERLY understand what is going on in my life and whether my present state can help me to be where I want to be or just wait to die (as one girl stated in her video struggling with bulemia) or just do something about it. I surfed the net and found some info which explains my present state and what could course it. It is like waking up and facing the truth. I feel better, may be more awake now.
I will be fine. And so will some of you. Just LOVE yourself for the way are. If u want to have BETTER but NOT perfect body then just eat healthily, set particular time in eating (say between 12-2 and between 6-8 plus glass of freshly squeezed juice or a fruits for breakfast and possibly before night time, it works for me at least), see a specialist IF u cant control it urself. Just do something about it. PLEASE.:)
