3-Day Juice Fast

Hey all, trying to do a 3-day juice fast to give my digestion/liver/gallbladder a rest.

Half a day in im finding it hard already, bodys went into total fight or flight adrenal mode already.

Breathings weird etc. But im going to try and bare out and at least do a day.

Will get some recipes up when im more normal lol.

Got some Praziquantel coming hope this helps cure this mess.
