yea they peel but when i put what the dr gave me the moisteriser it stops the chapping but make the swelling worse. and my lips do turn white when they contact water but i went to the top derm in my city today from UM and she said it was an allergy lol not a surprise. Ill do the patch test in 2 weeks but i dought its an a allergy.
