[[[Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of the U.K., was very open about his desire for a new world order in recent remarks about the global economic crisis:

All he's relating to RB is the economic downturn globally, basically if the West doesn't get their act together LITERALLY, then we will not get ourselves out of this mess. Our Monetary policies must go in the same direction and not return to the protectionism that we've had in the past. At the SAME time countries must use Fiscal policies to adjust their economy's at home to meet the needs of the people.
