Good idea to read up on each of the herbs you decide to use. Some you will need to take breaks from, others you may want to pop like candy.
My experience with Diflucan so far. 150mg qd clears it up within three days - almost like magic. Works systemically as well. Some recommend taking an initial dose of 800mg followed by 400 then 200 then 150mg every day or every other day (it stays in your system longer than 24 hours). I was on it for three weeks, and within seven days of going off, yeast came back with a vengeance. Now back on it. Whether using herbs or drugs, you will want to make sure your bm's are frequent because that plus drinking a lot of water will make you much less miserable. The stuff really does die out, and you will feel amazed at the relief when you have a bm and get the toxins out.
Your best bet is to map out a supplement plan and stick to it. Discipline is really important if you want to beat this.
