As far as I know, that should work - at least to some extent.  You can also take oleander extract that way (but you have to know what you are doing if you make your own or else order the herbal supplement version, which can take a couple of weeks due to shipping out of South Africa)

Given the limitations and time factor, your best bet may be to find an alternative practitioner who treats with IV Cesium Chloride.

There is another possible option which involves an IV treatment with colloidal silver and gold and a very special structured water, but I cannot divulge details in a public forum.
