1 - 1.5 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 onion, minced
1/2 bell pepper, minced
1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 - 2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 Tbl. Yellow mustard

mix together, put in a pan, cook in 350F oven until done, about 45 minutes?
