I have been taking supplements (oils, vitamins, ....) for years, but I never know if I should take them on a full or empty stomach. Some instructions say to take with meal (but don't mention why), while others don't say anything about the time to take.
My conjecture is that one should take on an empty stomach since, without the "confusion" of foods, the body would absorb the supplements easier.
Can someone throw light on the issue? How about medications like Antibiotics ?
