That unit would be a corona discharge unit with a built-in air pump designed to be used with room or atmospheric oxygen as a source for ozone production. It would do an OK job for ozonating water and veggies in your sink. Probably the first thing to fail would be the air pump rather than the ozone cell itself so I would not use it to make ozonated oils unless you want only lightly ozonated oils. You won't do much better than that for the price. Have fun with it.
