Re: Need Constipation help, too thin, extremely depressed.

Thank you all for the responses. I have ordered Dr Flora's Bowel Regulator which is suppose to help with constipation before a colon cleanse. I'm hoping that it really does do something for me. I would love to get over this hump. It's like it hit one day hard and has been an unavoidable problem ever since. My diet is definitely improving from what it was because of this severe constipation. Knowing that certain foods will put me in agonizing pain for days makes it easy to say no to bad foods for a constipated person. We should compile a mega list of exactly what one should and should not eat because God knows that the lists all over the internet are inconsistent and random. I am still waiting to try this salt-water trick. I was going to try it today but right as I was about to pour the salt into the water, I was miraculously able to have an unsatisfying BM. It was something at least, so I wasn't complaining because it's been a couple of days without anything happening.
