Absolutely do not recomend. These are synthetic or extracted vitamins. They are at concentrations or configurations that may be toxic to benificial microbes or plants. Most likely these will attract molds.

You should consider composting. You can compost things like leaves and kitchen scraps etc. In the meantime Organic soil is more than sufficent. Most of the vitamins are made by the plant and microbes from raw materials in the soil.
