I use Dr. Bronner's Liquid Pepperment Pure Castile Soap. It's got a good peppermint flavor & will last a long time. A 4 oz. bottle runs about $3.00, and so far I've been using it for about 3 months and have only used a 1/3 of the bottle!!!
