excess testosterone?

im female and have high testosterone and high dheas...............how do i lower them naturally.......i know for dheas i have to rebuild my adrenals

but what about the high testosterone?will increasing estrogen balance it out? or should i try glandulars like pituitary and ovary? Tweet
