When he has a teleprompter in front of him he sounds really good.  That was when he was the best at saying almost nothing.  He was careful about what he had to say when he didn't have a teleprompter and he had to pause many times during debates and press conferences.  I agreed with someone else that he really didn't want other people to know what was on his mind.

Obama is still somewhat of a blank canvas that you can paint your fantasies on.  I think that has already started to break apart for the conservatives and the fantasizers that voted for him.  Read these quotes from his acceptance speech last Tuesday and I paraphrase a couple of them here.

"We are not a nation of individuals."  -  What he hell does that mean?

"You are going to have to work hard and sacrifice." - I thought he was your savior by taxing the rich and giving it to you so you don't have to pay of your gas and your mortgage.
