Ron. A pound should go a long way. I have always bought mine already made up.
paws43tails suggestion of just measuring what is needed might be easier but the taste might not be very pleasant. I think the Wormwood might be bitter and the cloves might make you a bit nauseous. I know when I take the cloves in capsules I get a strong clove taste that upsets my stomach if I don't eat something. If you got the time to make them it might be worth a try.
