Re: The link between hard, soft water and cardiovascular disease

I always beleived that PH of water is 7 and drinking high PH water will mess with our digestion.
Actually, the PH of Pure Distilled Water is 7. Rain water is naturally distilled. This water will absorb CO2 from atmosphere, and become acidic. Then it reaches the ground, where it flows through rocks etc. and picks up a lot of alklaine minerals from rocks. it now becomes HARD WATER. HARD water is Alkaline Water and is beneficial to our health. HARD Water is existing naturally in nature, and is not man-made.

My TAP water has PH = 8.8. Although I would not drink it as it is, because of Chlorine etc. I do beleive HArd Water is beneficial for health.

A lot of studies have indicated, that hard water ( with Ca and Mg) is beneficial to health. We really do need these rock minerals. Because we cannot get enough of these minerals from food. People who drink soft water, may be jeopardizing their health.
