But I WAS addressing the problem!

When I said that I would experiment by eating 300 calories in a day, I meant that I only tried it for one day, and then I would eat more food the next day. It was never for more than one day at a time. Can the body really go into starvation mode this quickly?

Or maybe my messed up metabolism is actually not from food deprivation...?

When I was eating the low carb, low protien, good fat diet, I was also doing P&B shakes twice a day, and taking anitfungals and GSE. So I WAS addressing the candida and parasites. But I still got dangerously low in weight. What would have caused me to loose weight like this? I ate everytime I felt hungry! Maybe my appetite was suppressed so I never really knew when I was really hungry?

I haven't experienced hunger like I had once known it (tummy rumbling kind of hunger), since before I fell ill over three years ago. When I know I need food it's because I feel really tired and sluggish.

Or maybe my liver is just so congested that my appetite, weight AND hunger cues are just all mixed up.

Any more ideas?
