I'm disturbed to know there is a "Hispanic Bar Association"!
I HATE it when people "point out" that no human is illegal!!!!!
Being a human being on the globe isn't illegal, being in a country unlawfully IS!!!
Let's use this defense for other crimes, shall we?
Your honor, in defense of theft and murder in the 1st degree, I'd like to point out that no human is illegal! Thus, whatever my client did was clearly not a crime!
