In Genesis 6:3 God says man will no longer live over 120 years after a certain point:
Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years.”
There are probably a handful of people that have lived a few years more than that since Bible times, but I think it's more of a general rule. Of course, this fun little fact means nothing for those who don't believe in the Bible.

P.S. The longest living person in the Bible was Methuselah, at 969 years. Can you imagine living that long?
