Yes we can what? I don't know what he's talking about.
I have to watch again for the sneer.
The other thing about the speech was his ringing endorsement of electronic voting machines! Remember the 106 year old woman (with Nixon in her name) who is a generation past slavery (I thought a generation is 20 years?) and the changes she has seen.
He promises the same changes for the next 100 years!
