Yes it is - but it is ALSO an occult symbolic sign that far predates ASL. And the use of it by so many other politicians and world figures is disconcerting to say the least.

I don't know about you, but other than Texas Longhorn fans, which these folks are not, I NEVER see that sign flashed by ordinary people. And these folks are NOT flashing the correct sign for "I love you either".

Just for grins, compare the way Yassar Arafat is holding his hand and the way Michelle Obama held hers in the photo I posted earlier. Coincidence? Coupled with the symbolic dress of black and red? Maybe. Then again, maybe not.
