What supplements are you taking???


To have a clean healthy body you must be taking clean healthy herbs. I am a strong believer (might I say this is a very controversial subject) in food herbs. I personally take 2 caps of tumeric, 2 caps of ginger, 2 caps of grape seed, 2 caps of fennel, 1 cap of kelp, 3 caps of olive leaf and vit c which is not a food herb.

I also take lecithin everyday for my brain. It is something I will have to take the rest of my life and I think each one of you should look at it also. It is a benefit not just for the brain. Barefoot, ML and many others suggest this also.

What I am against is pharmacy type pills. Also vitamin c is a pharmacy type. I am going to be ordering some freeze dried magnesium ascorbate soon so will let you know how that goes. It is in powder form and recommend by Chrisb1.

No matter how you try, you will not be able to get all the vitamins you need from your diet and it is necessary to consider herbs. I can not do without grape seed. I take that instead of Vit b12 as it increased the circulation in my legs. Grape seed is good for everything from your eyes to your feet and I will post something on that soon.

Tumeric, I could not live without and I use tumeric and ginger for any pains that I might have opposed to a pharm drug. But the trick is you must be taking tumeric and ginger everyday for it to work on the spot for pain. So take it everyday and when you get a bad headache take a few tabs and it is gone. I have seen people who never take it and then when they have a headache they take the two and complain it does not work. Tumeric is also a preventive for Cancers and it helps dimenish the signs of Alzherimers.

Ginger, I could talk about all day. Ginger should be drunk instead of eaten for the ultimate best results. But as far as preventative, it should be taken in powder form and in capsules. Ginger tea is a wonderful flu shot. It is an antiimflammatory med and should be taken everyday.

Fennel is recommend by Hulda Clark to get rid of toxins from our foods and is also excellent for parasite control.

Vitamin C is really great for many diseases and taken in high doses it is a cure for many diseases. Dr. Mercola stated that if you want to live and extra 8 years to take 1500 mg of vit c and if you want to live an extra 20 years take 3500 mg. I vote for the extra 20 years. Chrisb1 just posted an excellent post on vit c and I will give the link in an update.

So healthy diet yes, colon cleanse yes, liver flush yes, clean home and environment yes and now we must learn about supplements.
