I have found that most acne sufferers are terribly addicted to sugar. One of the things I have found that helps is to really control the amount of processed sugar I eat. You don't notice a difference for at least 2 weeks. When you raise your blood sugar levels and your body is kicking out the insulin it also calls alot of other hormones into play. Creating the sticky substance that clogs your pores and gives you the ACNE! .I am not saying this is a cure-all but it sure does limit the severity and the amount.
Also make sure you are getting enough Omega 3's
Cleanse, Do liver flushes. And keep using your acne skin care products while you wait. No sense destroying your face like I did. Drink green smoothies everyday (ie leafy greens and a fruit) blended.
Acne is a WHOLE PROCESS
You may also find cutting out gluten will also help as it did trysten.
