Treating our own water

So... can we treat our own water before we drink it? This goes beyond just purifying the water, but aggresively improving the composition. I mean, maybe just storing it in the fridge with all those other bottles and labels doesn't improve it. Maybe we should tape a positive message on the bottom, or play some classical music in the kitchen (I'm not kidding by the way).

On a similar note, my aunt told me about treating drinking water with pure lemon oil. A drop or two into a container, to kill bacteria, change the energy somehow. Know anything about that? I've been doing that off and on for about a year now. I'll bet that gives a nice structure to the water.
