Yes, there are home remedies for dandruff.

There is a growing number of people suffering from dandruff all over the world. As a result there is an increasing number of over the counter treatments for dandruff. Some work while most of them do not. However in spite of wasting money on these expansive products there is an easy solution that literally cost a few cents.
Here are a few very easy home remedies for dandruff which you will definitely find helpfull.
A typical Indian remedy is to make a hair pack with curd, egg yolk and some good hair oil like olive or mustard oil. Blend them well and apply for at least one hour. Then wash with a good shampoo (not necessarily an anti dandruff shampoo).
Another authentic home remedy for dandruff control is vinegar and curd. Mix them and apply for sometime. However, it has to be applied AT LEAST two or three times a week in winters while once a week in summers.
Modifying your diet is also helpful. Avoid yeast containing diet and increase fiber intake.
