Question for Owners of Water Ionizers

Hi,

just trying to know anyone who owns a water ionizer..... They say "Ionization reduces the cluster size of water". Thus making it more hydrating. That means surface tension of water is reduced.

Can anyone measure the ST of normal Tap water and Ionized water and report back the difference?
