In an adrenal fatigue patient, the high cortisol level dulls all the other hormone's action, including thryoid, estrogen and progesterone. You thus can have normal thryoid blood hormonal level, and normal estrogen / progesterone ratio, and still have hypothruod and estrogen dominance.
