hereditary hemochromatosis

My future wife has hereditary hemochromatosis/iron overload and has to have phlebotomy treatments weekly. My question are:

1. Are any of these products being used to help lower iron levels by people with our concerns and have they had any success?

2. Do you know of a profession with expertise on this disorder who are using your products and have they had any success.
