I agree it's not TOO much of a factor bella, but if you notice I often ask that, and why people are fasting.
BMI tries to approximate body fat, but it doesn't work well for tall people or people take into account frame size.
Anyway loulougirly has a BMI of 26.5 according to

That's well in the safe zone, however if her BMI was, say, 17, then I would probably tell her that any fast she does may already be close to starvation, and maybe go see a doctor, or go elsewhere on CZ for help.
