Responding to my prompting, my partner has done 3 very successful liver flushes. He noticed after each flush that his blood pressure had come down and stayed down for at least several weeks, perhaps a month(it used to be in the normal- high range for many years). This encouraged him to do more liver flushes. Because he noticed the calming effect of the magnesium, he is asking me now if the lowered blood pressure is due to the magnesium citrate he is taking when doing the flushes, and not due to expelling stones and a cleaner liver? I suspect he is thinking in terms of starting to taking magnesium regularly since he tends to have a "short fuse", and "never mind the flushes". I wonder though if the one day magnesium intake can affect his blood pressure for weeks? Would't the lowering effect be rather short lived? I am leaning towards thinking that he has to thank the Liver Flushes for it....
Any insight will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
