Day 10

Hey guys. Haven't posted in a few days, I've been rather preoccupied with personal business.

First off, I had the opportunity to weigh myself appx. 2 weeks before the fast. I was at 132. I had the opportunity to weigh myself again on day 8. I was at 116, so it would appear that I lost 16 lbs. in 8 days. This sounds a little extreme. I was expecting maybe 10lbs. Then again, during my last fast, I was already at 120. I am definitely not liking the way my body is starting to look, but it's using up all the tissue that I don't need, so I'll survive that.

I don't remember day 8 that well. Just another day I suppose. Day 9 though, my body seemed to crash. I was lucky to have family here. I told them I needed to lay down for 20 minutes. They came in a bit later, and I could not move my body. It literally felt as if my whole body was weighed down by lead. I'm sure I could have moved, but it would have taken extreme effort on my part. My muscles were almost useless. I woke up a bit later, having taken about a three hour nap feeling a bit better but my muscles were still weak, and it took about 45 minutes after I awoke to feel better from it. I know that I have not been getting enough sleep, and I think that my body finally had enough of it.

I've been drinking more water I suppose. My extremities are cold almost constantly now. My skin is clearer,with some minor breakout on my back, and my teeth look really white. Everyone tells me that my teeth are white anyways, but I never thing they are.

I suppose that's all for now guys. I'm going strong. I'm a little sad right now, but that's okay. Until then, blessed be.
