Hi midlothiangirl, long time no see. I did use the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement too for some time just to add to my extra cleaning.
I now only do the straight Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in water as a mouthwash. I did not have much reaction to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but I had the same with the iodine, after all these years of cleansing and still keeping my liver clean I usually don't get much detox reaction when I try new things.
Besides the MMS I did after 7 months of Iodine so I was in pretty good shape. I still use Lugol's daily.
