eyeball throbbing question

Hi everyone,

I also asked this questiom on the supplements and eye problems forums.

I feel a slight throbbing in my eyes, it was just one eye, but now both. Very slight, but I do notice it. Even this morning with my eyes closed, still in bed I feel a litte-dun dun dun of a throb, then it stops.


Could it be from overdoing the SSKI ? Or maybe putting it on my face is getting into my eyes at night? Probably not, this is more of an inner eye issue. Maybe the 6 drops a day is too much for the eyes for some reason? It does make me feel wide and bright eyed. Maybe the wideness and brightness sprained something in there? LOLOL!

Maybe a detox phase from the iodine?

Too much cod liver oil? I just started that a couple weeks ago.

Taking milk thistle herb with super excellent reults, it makes the bones of my feet throb, (detox effect, always does that to me) but never made my eyes throb before.


Hmmm, any suggestions?

Maybe it is just eyestrain, but I have not increased my computer time at all.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated!!!
