Acne cure for women!!

i have recently found a new thing to test out, and the good news is that it's a) cheap, and b) it works!!! a lot of us have Acne that is due to our wacko hormones, and a simple way to tell is if they tend to develop along your chin area, at least for us ladies. is you have been plagued by chin acne, including cystic acne, then you may be an excellent candidate for evening primrose oil!! it's a natural herb that comes from a flower that has been used for years and years for women with hormonal imbalances. Not only has it cleared my acne, but it is also supposedly great for PMS symptoms and a host of other things. I've been taking 500mg X 3 times a day, so 1500 in a day. it's best to spread it out throughout the day. another great thing about it is that i've only been taking it since Oct 16, so not even two weeks, and the results were immediate! YAY! i'm getting married in 6 weeks, so I will not stand for Acne on my wedding day! Another thing that has been an obvious trigger for me is DAIRY. i've been 95% no dairy and that has also proven to be an Acne monster for me. I had cheese and buttercream icing at my sister's wedding, where i was acne free :), and the next day, BAM, one started developing. I know they are related without a doubt.
