He never gives much idea of the ppms of his doses but I don't see what else he can be refering to there. I could guess he means one dose and is assuming it is a very low ppm of ClO2.
Jim Humbles writings are not short of dubious facts.
He should also edit out the errors and wrong facts from all his writings to do with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but I doubt he will
