Re: 10 Day Fast

Hi Fastingirl09 and Margysd.

I decided this morning to start a 27 day fast as well. I cant do it on my own, i know that very well. i need all the support in the world i can get.
so here i am wanting to loose 10kg, i am currently sitting on 70KG and i want to be 60kg. 55kg would be great.

I know the most deficult part of it is the detox stage (first three days)
I now have this bad Acne on my face and i need it gone, i need my face as clear as crystal.

So, i think i am a potential fasting budy.
