you have to consider -i believe- that this flu shot will have made you feel numb. It's the last thing you wanted...more i won't say right now. That's for another time. If you feel like it, i would try tapping on "even though i didn't want this flu shot, but i got it anyway..." and see what comes up with that, like other thoughts or emotions. My experience is that when people go against their own strong instincts
it feels at the spirit level like a form of self-abuse, and that behaves worse than other kinds of abuse. but, never mind punishing yourself. just tap on that. I encourage you not to make it into too much "work" though. It ought to be quite organically unfolding. that is, if you feel a thought or emotion begin to emerge through the screen of numbness, just work with that...

or start "even though I feel numb...blah blah"

But what might be easier, as your body is probably overwhelmed right now with sorting out that vaccine, is to watch a few EFT videos. That way, you get to see others going through shifts and it loosens up the stuck feelings. And you don't have to work so hard yourself. It helps to sort of 'input' the information in an inspiring way, and get you more used to the process. I know it feels a bit odd at first.

Here's one i like because it gives a really good view into the cloak of ideas that a person develops around having been "diagnosed" with something--and it's delightful to watch all the self-limiting beliefs just unravel, as the woman begins to laugh at the absurdity of what minutes before had weighed on her tremendously. Proof that we just need to "change our minds." simple, eh? :-)
