I am going for my 3rd liver cleanse today. I was wondering is it ok to hve almond oil instead of olive oil? Just the thought of olive oil makes me gag. Also I just bought a bottle of almond oil which say it is sweet almond oil. What is sweet almond oil & does it matter what type of almond oil it is??
