Activation and Duplication of Primal Defense in Soy Milk

I enjoyed reading your pages here - so much of your careful study parallels what myself and some friends have been doing for the past few years with a much less scientific approach.

I have been putting a small amount of Garden of Life's "Primal Defense" powder into a carton of soy milk, and leaving it to ferment for about 3 days on the counter. Afterwards, when it tastes slightly acidic and is thickened from the fermentation, I put it in the fridge where it is held and can taste palatable for up to 3 weeks.

Of course, the usage is intended only for internal consumption. I've had a positive effect on my digestion and immune system from these batches.

Also, second generation is better, but third generation is not better than the second. I haven't gone past 3rd gen.

The result is an extremely inexpensive, non-sterile production, over-the-counter probiotic source, with no equipment needed, along with methods that Kambucha makers would find easy to do.

Has anyone else ever tried this method? If so, do you have any info or links about others doing this form of activation and duplication of the Primal Defense product?

Also, after reading a variety of pages here, I am considering growing the Primal Defense in a molasses base. If anyone has done this and can offer some tips, or a link, please let me know.

thanks to everyone for being here!
