SUCCESSFUL 2nd flush

Hi guys and gals,
GUESS WHAT?
I thought I messed up last night seeing I wasnt able to drink the dreaded epson salts until 6:30 then the 2nd round at 8:30. I then drank my oil and grapefruit.

I woke up this morning feeling alittle under the weather. I almost felt kinda of sick to my stomache.
I layed there and fell back to sleep a few times. I was really worried because I had not takent he epson salts this morning. I was afraid it wasnt going to work.

I got up and after walking around for about 5 minutes had a bowel movement.
It was a great one. Although, it was pasty not liquid form. The gross graphics are coming next.

I used a plastic knive I couldnt find a spoon..LOL
I stirred it up because I didnt see many stones WOW after stirring I seen a ton I didnt count them there where many small yellow ones the size of sesame seeds.
Then there where lots of green ones the size of a pea and some smaller. There where some black things I think maybe they could of been parsites not sure.

I forgot to get a magnafying glass before this flush but I can promise I will have one waiting for the next flush in two weeks.

I havent had another bowel movement yet I am thinking about doing an enema I do not like doing them they dont usually work very good for me.

I do not feel so god today. I just had a half sandwich I was starving. I shold of eaten oatmeal or something like that oh well. I will fill you in as the day goes by.

Is it to late to drink the epson salt now? Its 9:45 in the AM. maybe this would help me go more today.
