Sure it is toxic and Humble has said it is. A whole bottle could kill you and he knows it but at low enough doses it isn't toxic enough to do any harm.
Whether his doses are too high or low depends on who takes it and for how long.
Same with any drug or a lot of herbs or even a lot of foods for that matter
