My sister-in-law just bought some of this and "surprised" me with a bottle. This is the first day of taking it. I can tell you it is SPICY!SPICY!SPICY! If you try it you're going to want to like garlic. I can say my sil's hands and feet warmed up after taking it twice. I really can't tell you how it works but if the first two doses are any indication I think this might be a good product. We'll see. If you want I can let you know how it goes.
