2 year old with "pimples"

I have a 2 year old who follows a vegan diet (pretty much what Dr. Christopher or Hallelujah Acres would recommend). She developed something that looks pretty much like pimples on her cheeks, upper arms and upper legs a number of months ago. I can't imagine what is causing it. I have used the Dr. Christopher's brand of Complete Tissue Ointment on the areas... No major results. Any ideas to what could be the problem? (It is unsightly as well as just showing that there is a problem that I don't know about.) Tweet
